Mercury Cougar from a company that states their mustang pipes will fit your cougar. Don't believe them.

On The '67 and '68 the tail pipes are longer on the Cougars then the Mustangs.
The '69 and '70 Cougars are even longer. If you have a valance with the cut outs, O' boy.

This kit has a Pair of mid pipes that will fit to your original H-Pipe and go to any 13" case offset In / center out Muffler you will be using. The tail pipes will fit your '67, '68, '69 or '70 Cougar, Any Model. You let us know which one you have when you purchase.

Two, 14 gauge Aluminized 2 1/4" Mid Pipes expanded in front to fit your 2 1/4" or 2 1/2" front pipe. You let us now.

Two- 14 gauge Aluminized 2 1/4" Tail Pipes, To fit your Cougar Application!!!!!!

Two- FLOWMASTER 942441 40 SER. DELTA FLOW MUFFLERS

Four- 2 1/4" HD Exhaust clamps.

Two- 2 1/2" or Two more 2 1/4" HD Exhaust clamps to fit your front mid pipes
Two- Custom fitted and drilled TPH21 rear Tail Pipe Hangers.

Two- TPH21 Muffler Hangers.

Note: Our pipe is HD 14 Gauge Aluminized. That's all we sell. Bent to perfection.

COUGAR H-PIPE WITH 289/302 AND HEADMAN HEADERS

We know when you build a car and decide to use Headers, It's for a reason.

We are currently fabricating the front H-PIPE to fit Headman Shorty Headers.

We have also designed this H-PIPE for Max flow for that Muscle Car Sound, with the H installed in the best location. This H-PIPE will fit up to the original Mercury Cougar Mid Pipes correctly.

YOU GET:

1- FRONT H-PIPE FABRICATED TO PERFECTION IN 2.50" HEAVEY DUTY 14 GAUGE ALUMINIZED PIPE, THAT WILL FIT THE 289 AND 302 WITH HEADMAN SHORTY HEADERS, Part Numbers: 88400, 88406 and 88408

Note: We only use HD 14 gauge fully Aluminized pipe. For additional cost we can Fabricate this in 409 Stainless Steel.
